At Brothers in Arms, we stand by the quality of our apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right with a seamless resolution process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
